Beginner tip: Adenosine is one of the easiest actives to work with. Weigh it directly into your water phase and stir until dissolved — it’s freely water soluble and dissolves quickly at room temperature. Use at 0.1–0.2% as a starting point. There’s no special handling, no pH adjustment needed specifically for Adenosine, and it doesn’t interact negatively with other common actives.

• Usage rate: 0.1–0.2% for general anti-aging support; 0.2–0.5% in targeted wrinkle-reduction or firming formulations. Clinical studies have used concentrations in the 0.1–0.5% range.

Method: Dissolve all Phase A actives in purified water at room temperature, stirring until fully clear.
