Pure Actives' Resveratrol Powder is a plant-derived stilbenoid polyphenol at ≥98% purity (HPLC), naturally found in grapes, berries, and Japanese knotweed. Resveratrol is one of the most extensively studied antioxidant actives in cosmetic science, with a robust body of literature supporting its ability to neutralize free radicals, inhibit melanogenesis, reduce inflammation, and activate sirtuin pathways associated with cellular longevity and skin repair. Its multi-target mechanism of action — combining antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-aging effects — makes it a highly versatile active for premium anti-aging, brightening, and skin-protective formulations.
This ingredient is intended for cosmetic use only. Not for internal consumption. Always conduct a patch test before use in finished formulations.
Use at 0.1–1.0%. Pre-dissolve in ethanol, propylene glycol, or a carrier oil before incorporating into your formulation. Can be added to the oil phase or introduced as a pre-dissolved concentrate into the water phase. Works synergistically with Vitamin C, niacinamide, CoQ10, and peptides. Suitable for antioxidant serums, brightening moisturizers, anti-aging formulations, photoprotective creams, and eye treatments.
