Pure Actives' Horsetail Extract Powder is a concentrated botanical active derived from the aerial parts of Equisetum arvense, one of nature's richest plant sources of silica. Prized in cosmetic formulation for its ability to strengthen hair and nails, support skin elasticity, and deliver antioxidant protection, this cosmetic-grade powder is a versatile addition to hair care, anti-aging, and skin-firming formulations.
This ingredient is intended for cosmetic use only. Not for internal consumption. Always conduct a patch test before use in finished formulations.
Add to the water phase of your formulation at 1–5%. Disperse in water before combining with other ingredients. Suitable for shampoos, conditioners, scalp serums, nail treatments, and anti-aging skin care formulations.
