Pure Actives' Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5 Liquid is a high-performance collagen-stimulating peptide active delivered in a ready-to-use liquid format. Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5 mimics the activity of thrombospondin-1 (TSP-1), a protein that activates TGF-β (transforming growth factor beta) — a key regulator of collagen synthesis in the dermis. This mechanism makes it one of the most effective peptides for reducing wrinkle depth, improving skin firmness, and restoring a youthful skin matrix. Supplied as a clear to slightly yellow liquid for easy incorporation into aqueous formulations.
This ingredient is intended for cosmetic use only. Not for internal consumption. Always conduct a patch test before use in finished formulations.
Add to the water phase of your formulation at 1–5%. Best added during cool-down (below 40°C) to preserve peptide integrity. Suitable for anti-aging serums, firming creams, wrinkle-reducing treatments, eye creams, and collagen-boosting moisturizers.
