Returns
- Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including custom orders, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted, such as for items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery or items not in their original condition.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at pureactivesco@gmail.com.
Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
