Returns

Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including custom orders, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted, such as for items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery or items not in their original condition.

Exchanges

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
