Suggested Usage & Formulation

Recommended Usage Rate: 0.5% – 5.0%

How to Use:

Add PEG-12 Dimethicone to the aqueous or emulsion phase during cool-down (below 40°C) or with moderate shear for best clarity and dispersion.
For spray formulations, add at the lower end of the usage range (0.5–1.5%) to maintain a lightweight, non-greasy finish.
For richer emulsions and hair treatments, use at 2–5% for enhanced conditioning and slip.
